Ran away from home thousands of years ago as a young man due to the homophobic beliefs of his tribe, the Oldav-waya.

His original name was Ni-Ganor, but changed his name to "Margon" after his uncle who was an important role model in his life.

While being hunted by members of his own tribe for being gay, he is rescued by Baku Marrock. Baku and Margon henceforth stay very close friends and later become lovers.

During the 12th century, Margon fell in love with a young mortal, Ricard Spencer, who tragically died during the Black Death in 1349. Hence, Margon takes the surname, Spencer, from his dearly departed lover.

Baku and Margon have been together on and off again over many centuries. Most recently, Margon once again fell in love with Baku during the late 1970's-early 1980's, resulting in the Old Spirits granting them the gift of Wulfgar in 1991.

In early 1992, Baku and Margon their son and he blames Baku for what happened.

In 2015, Margon was reunited with his pup.
