William is an Australian Blue Heeler, also known as an Australian Cattle Dog.
When not working on the railway with his beloved, Charlie, he spends time working around their farmhouse near the town of Haverthwaite in Cumbria, United Kingdom.
Charlie and William love each other dearly and enjoy working together on the railway. Charlie is a locomotive driver and William is a fireman and have spent many years operating steam locomotives in the United Kingdom.
Over a century ago, the two worked on the Furness Railway in Cumbria where they were the driver and fireman of the Furness Railway 21 Class (K2) "Larger Seagull" Locomotive No. 36.
